WHERE ARE YOUR CAKES MADE?

All of our cakes have been produced in our own small bakery in Fishers, Indiana for over 30 years.

ALLERGY INFORMATION

Pecans and peanuts are used in some recipes.  Machinery is thoroughly cleaned between all nut-containing products and peanut items are not produced on the same day as coffee cakes.  Please thoroughly review ingredient lists on product pages to make sure you are not at risk and contact us with additional questions.


ARE WARM CAKES SAFE TO EAT?

Our coffee cakes are safe to eat up to three days after reaching room temperature.  They are brought to a deep chill before shipping (-18F brrr...) to help them arrive as fresh as possible after their journey.  If there is a delay in shipping and a cake takes longer than five days to arrive after the carrier is in possession, please contact us for a replacement.


MY CAKE IS STILL FROZEN. HOW DO I THAW?

Set your cake out at room temperature away from direct sunlight for two to three hours, or place in your refrigerator overnight.


HOW LONG DO CAKES KEEP IN THE FRIDGE?

Our sour cream coffee cakes will stay fresh in the fridge for up to five days. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap before storing to prevent drying.


HOW DO I PLACE A LARGE CAKE ORDER?

To place a large order or request our corporate package, please email catering@sahms.com with as many details as possible. We will work with you to find what best suits your needs and budget.


CAN I RESERVE A CAKE FOR LOCAL PICK UP?

Definitely!  All locations on sahms.com stock our classic and flavor of the month coffee cakes. To reserve, call before arrival.  Large orders may take a few days to prepare.  Select locations also offer an option to pay ahead through online ordering.  A friend or family member may pick up the cake in your place by providing the original name and order information it was placed under.


HOW DO I CHECK MY GIFT CARD BALANCE?

Physical gift cards (valid at our restaurants excluding Bloomington) can be entered here to view balance and transaction history.  To check the balance of digital gift cards (valid only at shopsahms.com) please contact us.


DO YOU DONATE GOODS FOR FUNDRAISERS?

We do!  Visit here to submit your request.  Our process is first come first serve, so please allow us enough time to review and process your submission.  Sahm's also offers Dine to Donate programs.
